Meet The CEO
Hello! I am Charise N Liburd, the CEO and Founder of The 297 Group. I am a Certified Nonprofit Professional who holds a Master’s in Public Policy/Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
As a nonprofit leader, I have worked for over 20 years as a funder, program manager, trainer, speaker, and coach. I specialize in strategic process development, capacity building, impact measurement, and coaching to gain efficiency and growth. My ability to connect with audiences while training and speaking has allowed me to expand to international borders, working with organizations in several African, Canadian, and Middle Eastern countries. As a nonprofit funder, I developed a grant funding process that grew from $4M to over $34M in 3 years. I have also developed and implemented strategies and quality control measures and managed a dynamic team that is excellent at contract management and support.
